Please, just access that website for finding the forms because sometimes NZ government changes the forms. For example, for student visa application there is the new revised form published in December 2013.
When you apply for a visa, please remember that you will be treated equally although you will come to NZ officially. It means you still have to pay visa application fee, except if you have special invitation from Indonesian Embassy in NZ. Although you have official from one government institution in NZ, I heard you still have to pay the visa application fee. However, no problem. You may charge back the fee as official cost to government of Indonesia. It is legal.
